Warming Up Methods by Gary Ley
Before whacking balls on the range,
swing together 2 clubs ,' STRANGE'
not really as loosens up the body
preventing muscles tearing badly .

Or you can put a club behind your back
turning shoulders before balls are whacked.
Then there is the chipping practice area
before setting off on to the golfing arena.
Just use one arm to start with here
your leading arm ,now have no fear,
this guide arm sets up a natural rhythm
just what the swing needs to be given.
Finally before that dreaded first tee shot
is the putting warm up routine, OR NOT
as all that's needed before play, no fuss
is a very quick couple of two foot putts,
as provides enough feel for the greens
now its time to follow your dreams.
