All Round Golfer by Gary Ley

The all round golfer is made up of five bits,
which generates those fantastic shots & hits.
Rhythm's a must for smoothest of the blows
all the way from the head down to the toes.
The Stance's important,it's the very foundation
as it places your legs on to a stable location.
Postures up next and is the same through out
whether hitting a wood or iron with some clout.
The Swing is one of the hardest to master
things tend to go wrong if you try to go faster.
Concentration helps the game to become clear
consistency results and takes away any fear.
Individuality is the last element of the puzzle
and even though we may get into a muddle
with our stance not looking like any others
not even your golfing buddies & brothers,
or the swing being so in and out like a lasso
resembling a picture by the late artist picasso.
We're all made so differently as we're told
not necessarily all cast from the same mould.
There are always those exceptions to the rule
and changing any natural tendencies is cruel.
Also wouldn't it be an absolute crying shame
not to stamp your own way on to this game.
